For Students:

• Students are solely responsible for decisions made based on course content and agree that LiT Academy is not responsible for outcomes resulting from such decisions.
• Students are only allowed to purchase courses for their personal educational use
• Course access is granted for a specific time period as mentioned in the course details
• Purchased courses are for individual use only and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed
• Students must respect intellectual property rights and not copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
• Any misuse of the platform or violation of terms may result in account suspension or termination

For Tutors (Including Students Acting as Course Creators):

• Tutors and course creators operate as independent contributors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of LiT Academy.
• Tutors can create and publish courses on the platform after completing the required verification process
• Tutors retain full control and responsibility for updating, modifying, and managing their course content
• LiT Academy will not interfere with tutor content except in the following circumstances:
  • Content violates applicable laws, platform policies, or community standards
  • Content contains illegal, harmful, misleading, or offensive material
  • Content infringes intellectual property or copyright rights
  • Tutor explicitly requests technical or administrative support
• The course creator is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and copyright ownership of their content
• Tutors must ensure that their courses do not make false claims, misleading promises, or guaranteed outcomes
• LiT Academy does not guarantee any minimum earnings, sales, visibility, or success for course creators
• Tutors are solely responsible for declaring and paying applicable income tax, GST, or other statutory dues on their earnings

Content Moderation & Platform Rights:

• LiT Academy reserves the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to any content or account, with or without prior notice, if it poses legal, security, reputational, or policy-related risks
• Account termination or content removal decisions made by the platform shall be final
• LiT Academy’s decisions regarding content removal, account suspension, or termination are made at its sole discretion and shall not require prior notice.

Limitation of Liability:

LiT Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform, courses, or content, including but not limited to loss of data, income, reputation, or learning outcomes.

Force Majeure:

General Terms:
